Ongoing Formation Circles Spring 2026

03/11/2026 06:00 PM - 05/13/2026 07:30 PM CT

Description

In her groundbreaking book, "Religious Women as Global Migrants to the U.S.: Critical Conversations About Spirituality, Mental Health, and Vocational Identity" (2025), Sister Chioma Ahanihu, SLW explores the complex realities of religious life in an increasingly global, multicultural, and mobile world. Her work invites all who serve in formation and religious life—women and men alike—to engage deeply with the inner and communal dimensions of spirituality, well-being, and vocation in contexts shaped by migration, diversity, and cultural encounter.

Building on the rich conversations of the Fall series, the Spring 2026 Ongoing Formation Circles will offer a space for reflective dialogue, shared wisdom, and mutual accompaniment across cultures and generations. Each 90-minute session will include a short presentation by Sister Chioma, small-group discussion, and large-group sharing. Participants are invited to bring their lived experiences, questions, and hopes for religious life today.
